How does it work?
1. Use the product category links at the bottom of the screen or use the Provisioning tab to display products.
2. Make a selection by clicking on the Add to Cart button.
3. Your items will be placed in your shopping cart and can be reviewed or revised at any time.
4. When you are finished making selections proceed to "Check Out" and complete the payment and delivery steps.
Can I create a new order based on one I placed previously?
Yes! After you login, go to My Account, you will see your previous orders listed there. You can either browse a previous order and then click ‘Place Another Order’ or click the ‘Add to cart’ link next to the order.
The items from the order that are still active on the site will be added to your shopping cart, you will receive a message regarding any items that have been removed from the site and you can browse the product categories for replacements. You can also add or remove items from your cart before proceeding to checkout.
NOTE: your billing and delivery address information from the previous order will automatically be populated as you go through the check-out process, please make changes where needed.
Do I need to be at the villa or on the yacht at the time of delivery?
That is preferred, however we can deliver the order once someone is at the address, or in the case of yachts, you can make arrangements with the marina’s office to hold your delivery.
Where do you deliver to?
Any yacht or villa in Tortola, Anegada, or Virgin Gorda. You may also choose to pick-up your order at any of our locations.
How do I make changes to items in my shopping cart?
On the shopping cart page, you can adjust the quantity you wish to order by overwriting the value in this field, when completed you must click the recalculate button located at the end of the list to ensure that your new value is added to the order and the line item and order total are recalculated.
If you’ve decided against purchasing a particular item, simply click the delete button to remove it from your shopping cart.
Note, once your order is placed you will not be able to make changes to it.
How far ahead do I have to order?
You should order at least 72 hours prior to delivery to ensure you can choose the delivery date and time you require.
What if I don’t want a whole pound of vine ripened tomatoes for example but only 2?
There are a number of items sold by the pound; we’ve tried to include a description of these items where possible to guide your selection. In the case of the tomatoes you could order ½ pound since about 4 tomatoes equal a pound and you only want 2. We will make every effort to select tomatoes that will be as close to ½ pound as possible.
Who will deliver my groceries?
One of our valuable crew members piloting a delivery van displaying the RiteWay logo will ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.
When can I place an order with Riteway Online?
For your convenience, we accept orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
What other options do I have for ordering?
You can fill your order offline by downloading one of our group packages specially designed to meet your provisioning needs. Once completed you may submit your order by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax: (284) 494-7460.
Alternatively, you may use our shopping list to submit an order.
To use this feature:
- Download spreadsheet using the link above
- Save to a folder of your choosing
- Fill out the spreadsheet shopping list
- Save Changes and Close
- Browse to saved file
- Select file to Upload
- Upload Spreadsheet
Once successfully uploaded You will be redirected to your shopping cart where you can make final changes before checking out.
