  • What is Riteway Online shopping?
    Riteway Online is the most efficient way to purchase groceries online prior to your arrival in the BVI. We offer a large selection of items to choose from and they can be delivered to your specified on-island location.
  • Can I trust that the produce will be the freshest possible?
    Your grocery list will be handpicked and packed carefully by our trained staff who will only choose the very best from our high quality selections. It is as if you were shopping yourself.
  • Why don't you have everything I want to order?
    For ease of navigation we limited the number of products displayed on the site but we have many more available. If you do not see a product you would like to order, please add it to the comment box at checkout and we will add it to your order or contact you if it cannot be provided.
  • How else can I order?
    You can place your order offline by downloading our shopping list, or order one of our group packages specially designed to meet your provisioning needs. You may submit your order by email: or by fax: (284) 494-7460.
  • How to change or cancel an order?
    To change or cancel an order you’ve already submitted, please contact us via email: or call us at (284) 347-1188 or (284) 340-5954 Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm(Atlantic Time - we do not use daylight savings time). If your plans have changed and you will not be purchasing the items ordered please notify us of your cancellation as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours prior to delivery.
  • How do I reset my password?
    If you forget your password, you can reset it by navigating to the login screen, click on the 'Log In' link in the top right hand corner of the banner picture. Below the 'Login' button click the link 'Forgot Password', enter your email address and click 'Reset my password'. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
  • What currency is used in the BVI?
    Although we are the British Virgin Islands we use US currency.
  • Why didn't I receive exactly what I ordered?
    On occasion an item ordered may not be available so we replace the item with a suitable substitute. (Note: Out of stock items will be substituted unless otherwise noted in the order comments). In the case of items sold by the pound we do our best to choose items that are as close to the required weight as possible.
  • When do you deliver?
    Orders will only be delivered during the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm, daily

  • Can I return items to the store?
    Due to the effects of Covid-19 and for the protection of our Customers and Employees, RTW is not accepting returns on any merchandise in any of our stores.


  • Do I need a credit card to place an order with Riteway Online?
    Yes. We require a credit card as a payment guarantee to set-up the account with Riteway Online. We accept Visa, American Express, and MasterCard.
  • Which credit cards do you accept?
    We accept Visa, American Express, and MasterCard.
  • What is the cost of delivery?
    On Tortola, there is free delivery on orders greater than $150.00, however orders less than $150.00 incur a $25.00 delivery fee. Deliveries to our sister islands must be made by commercial ferry. Rite Way does not add any charges for this, however the ferry companies do. The rate per box (approx. 14" x 18" x 11") is as follows: Virgin Gorda @ 3.00 per box Anegada @5.00 per box. For delivery to any other island in the BVI, please contact the Provisioning Department to make arrangements.
  • What currency do you use?
    Although we are the British Virgin Islands, we use US currency.
  • Why is the charge on my card different from the total I received when I placed my order?
    There are a few reasons why you may notice a difference, these include:
    1. Substituted items may have a different price from the original item which is unavailable.
    2. Item prices may have changed between the date your order was placed and the date it was delivered.
    3. Variations may also occur on items sold by weight because often items don’t total the exact weight ordered.

How It Works

  • How does it work?
    1. Use the product category links at the bottom of the screen or use the Provisioning tab to display products. 2. Make a selection by clicking on the Add to Cart button. 3. Your items will be placed in your shopping cart and can be reviewed or revised at any time. 4. When you are finished making selections proceed to "Check Out" and complete the payment and delivery steps.
  • Can I create a new order based on one I placed previously?
    Yes! After you login, go to My Account, you will see your previous orders listed there. You can either browse a previous order and then click ‘Place Another Order’ or click the ‘Add to cart’ link next to the order. The items from the order that are still active on the site will be added to your shopping cart, you will receive a message regarding any items that have been removed from the site and you can browse the product categories for replacements. You can also add or remove items from your cart before proceeding to checkout. NOTE: your billing and delivery address information from the previous order will automatically be populated as you go through the check-out process, please make changes where needed.
  • Do I need to be at the villa or on the yacht at the time of delivery?
    That is preferred, however we can deliver the order once someone is at the address, or in the case of yachts, you can make arrangements with the marina’s office to hold your delivery.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    Any yacht or villa in Tortola, Anegada, or Virgin Gorda. You may also choose to pick-up your order at any of our locations.
  • How do I make changes to items in my shopping cart?
    On the shopping cart page, you can adjust the quantity you wish to order by overwriting the value in this field, when completed you must click the recalculate button located at the end of the list to ensure that your new value is added to the order and the line item and order total are recalculated. If you’ve decided against purchasing a particular item, simply click the delete button to remove it from your shopping cart. Note, once your order is placed you will not be able to make changes to it.
  • How far ahead do I have to order?
    You should order at least 72 hours prior to delivery to ensure you can choose the delivery date and time you require.
  • What if I don’t want a whole pound of vine ripened tomatoes for example but only 2?
    There are a number of items sold by the pound; we’ve tried to include a description of these items where possible to guide your selection. In the case of the tomatoes you could order ½ pound since about 4 tomatoes equal a pound and you only want 2. We will make every effort to select tomatoes that will be as close to ½ pound as possible.
  • Who will deliver my groceries?
    One of our valuable crew members piloting a delivery van displaying the RiteWay logo will ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.
  • When can I place an order with Riteway Online?
    For your convenience, we accept orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
  • What other options do I have for ordering?
