In the event that a Rite Way Food Markets or affiliated stores product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Rite Way Food Markets has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Rite Way Food Markets reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Rite Way Food Markets shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Rite Way Food Markets without notice at any time, for any reason.

Cancellations/Returns
Assuming ambient temperatures of below 90 degrees Fahrenheit, we guarantee that any perishable product you receive from Riteway Food Markets will be of high quality and in top physical condition. We make the same guarantee for non-perishables, without the temperature constraint. Any item(s) that you deem unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request, without hassle, as long as you alert us to the details of the problem within 1 business day of having received your order.

Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Substitutions
Approximately 95% of  the products listed  are imported and on the rare occasion an item ordered may not be available at the time of delivery. In such cases Rite Way Food Markets will endeavour to replace the item with a suitable substitute.  Should the substitute not be to your satisfaction Rite Way Food Markets will  recover the substituted item and credit your credit card account for that item.

Delivery
There is no delivery charge to Marinas in Tortola. Deliveries to our sister islands must be made by commercial ferry. Rite Way does not add any charges for this, however the ferry companies do. The rate per box (approx. 14" x 18" x 11") is as follows: Virgin Gorda @ 3.00 per box and Anegada @5.00 per box. For delivery to any other island in the BVI, please contact the Provisioning Department to make arrangements.
